Pat Buck, who had been working for WWE as a producer, is no longer with the company.

PWInsider reported on Monday that Buck "officially resigned from WWE today." In addition to being a producer, Buck was also working for WWE in talent relations.

Buck produced Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania 38 night one and co-produced Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar's title unification match at WrestleMania 38 night two.

"The word making the rounds is that Buck stated that with the matches he worked on for WrestleMania 38, he had achieved his goals of producing main events on the biggest show of the year and now needed to refocus his energies on his family, something the current WWE schedule could not consistently afford him the ability to do," PWInsider wrote.

Buck joined WWE as a producer in 2019. In 2020, Buck was furloughed following the start of the COVID-19 pandemic but returned to the company in June.

Buck is the owner of independent wrestling promotion WrestlePro and also runs the Create-A-Pro wrestling school with Brian Myers.

I understand why he left the company. He just got a newborn baby and he wanted to be home with his child more.
