Multiple sources confirm that WWE and TKO Group Holdings are actively monitoring the growing backlash online surrounding ticket prices heading into WrestleMania.

Internal discussions have reportedly intensified after at least 6 to 8 top-tier WWE superstars raised concerns directly with management pushing for pricing adjustments. The belief among talent is clear. The core fanbase is being squeezed out and it is starting to hurt the atmosphere and accessibility of the biggest show of the year.

One source noted that even long-time regulars, including well-known front-row fixture “Green Shirt Guy” are now being priced out of attending. That has been seen internally as a red flag, because if the most loyal and visible fans cannot justify the cost it signals a wider issue across the fanbase.

There is growing pressure behind the scenes for TKO to reassess the current pricing model before it begins to impact long-term fan engagement and event perception.

Yeah. But he is also at less shows now. :lol he use to always be there, now not so much. So this comment doesn't change anything. The prices definitely need to come down.

I think the whole situation with their acknowledement and stories like this leaking is a PR ploy. They may knock ticket prices down somewhat around and a little after Mania, get the positive press from it, and use it to gas up their "people's champs" like Cody and Punk, but before you know it, the prices will be back to whatever number TKO deems as the most optimal to maximize profits, as is their wont. Seen it time and time again with WWE, where they'll push their fanbase to the brink, make some big gesture to say "we're doing this in your favor!" and then return to the status quo once they've pacified the discontent.

Yeah like with the show at msg on July 18 (Saturday Nights Main Event) the tickets are $460 for not even floor seats. It’s insane.

Almost like we should have regulations on this that can be strongly acted on by a government agency to keep greedy companies from squeezing consumers...

Perhaps, but it's also WWE tickets... no one's life is at stake if they can't afford to see a show :lol

Not saying this as anything negative against you, but just pointing out that it's that kind of apathy to things that has generally caused the economic state of this country to be as horrible as it is.

Tbh the shows are always sold out. If there’s demand people will go regardless of the price.

As long as no one protests it’s not gonna change lol. That’s what no one gets. We can complain all we want about the ticket prices being high but if people keep buying them then nothing is gonna change.

So you're telling me CM Punk mentioning it on Raw didn't magically convince Nick Khan that they were being selfish?
