Alrighty folks. It's time for the inaugural WrestlingSmarks classic PPV live discussion!

We are doing the IIIIII-CONIC third edition of WrestleMania, featuring Hulk Hogan going against Andre the Giant in the main event, as well as one of the all-time great WrestleMania matches: Randy Savage versus Ricky Steamboat for the Intercontinental Championship!

And that's about it. There's not much else to say. We're going to throw that bad boy on as close to the same time as we possibly can... and we're going to have ourselves a live discussion. You know how this thing goes.

The Live Discussion begins Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 9 PM EASTERN TIME

So pull that shit up and have it ready to go.

Yeah, this would make it way easier for later. If we're all using the cbox over using the thread, it can go faster and better.

Yeah I own the first 28 Wrestlemania's so safe to say I know every Segment and Match by heart. Wrestlemania 3 is for sure one of those Events you would of wanted to be apart of.as a fan. Steamboat vs Savage, and Andre/Hogan were battling for the feud of the Year, and both pulled off extremely entertaining Matches.. HISTORY BECKONS THE MACHO MAN YEAH!

I take it btw we didn't want to do the Rumble? That will be next then?

I mean, I went with the show that got the most votes. I figured if the majority wanted the Rumble, they would have voted accordingly.

Having said that, yeah, I'm down to do the 2001 Rumble next.

Personally, I was thinking we go through all the shows in the top 5 - which would also include WrestleMania X-Seven, Bash At The Beach 1996, and No Mercy 2001 - before doing another round of nominations.

But I'd need some feedback from people whether or not they think that's the move.

Now since it is Royal Rumble season, I'd like go ahead and submit the idea that we do Royal Rumble 2001 (the second biggest vote getter) this coming Saturday or Sunday, or at the next best date and time that works for people. Let me know if you guys are down to go ahead and make the 2001 Rumble the next event we do, and let me know what time works best for y'all.

And then we never really discussed it.

I kinda like that idea. I'd almost suggest throwing in SummerSlam 2001 in there between Mania and No Mercy 2001.
