I think this question should be asked for the following reasons...
April Jeanette was only 28 years old when she retired from in-ring competion. True, she had a problem with her cervical spine, but since she hadn't yet reached 30, (the age of full physical maturity), reconstructive surgery or the like could have repaired the damage.
Having accomplished all she wanted to in wrestling was a strange thing to say for someone under 40. It also sounds a little like a cover story to hide another reason.
Could it be said that her pipebomb in 2013 caused more damage than we thought?
