I'm pretty much on the "Other" train, because both other options up there have big flaws.
If we are thinking, that WWE doesn't change on what their focus lies, then I'm all for RAW and SD each have their own "World" title and each one Midcard title. One Tag title set for the whole Roster, since the Tag Teams are always an afterthought anyways AND real teams are pretty scarce.
Make the 24/7 title, even though for a long time it was one of the actual better/more entertaining parts of WWE television, a company wide title (meaning that it also gets featured on NXT/NXT UK)... but also make it a bit more serious too. More like a mixture of the idea of an TV title (TV title always gets defended each week) and the 24/7 rules Hardcore Title. Meaning feature it, sometimes in actual booked in-ring matches, sometimes in backstage segments, but not have 10 people at once try to get their hands on it.
I could get behind one Women's Tag Title set, but they don't care for it anyways, so why bother. Have one big "World" title for the Women, as well as one secular singles Title.
