i post my google ad to veryfy my adsense account but got this error in my email:

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after
reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into Google
AdSense at this time.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Your site (or page, rather) was most likely denied because it's sole purpose is to drive traffic onto that other site and get them to register.
It consists of one page with seemingly no other content and quite frankly I wouldn't be surprised if they just denied your application based on how hideous that page is.

Edit: Just noticed you also provided your referral link. That site is basically just being used to drive people to register under your referral, which is probably one of the reasons they denied your application.

Please tell me what modifications are needed [...].

Learn to make an actual website, not just a hideously thrown together page in the hopes of making yourself a quick buck.
If you're new to web development, just use something like Wordpress and write meaningful, original content, then re-apply for AdSense.
