aew doesn't report on injuries unless talent co-signs it - some fans dislike it but they feel it's up to talent discretion to disclose

I think the confusion for some (not the trolls obviously) was wardlow saying he felt great and thought he was ready or something at like a comic con but the Taven quote kind of implies further aggravation happened which fits

u were right. in fact it was reported like months ago but then meltzer inexplicably said he was fine and not used (just another guy being not used i think was the quote?) which made ppl doubt themselves and go ah ok aew just bad at booking big guys blah blah narrative
