I'm actually not sure. There was a federal investigation but I'm uncertain of that was this or the SEC one was separate.

The Janel case is open again as of a few weeks ago but I'm not really hopeful of anything with the current regime. Courts will probs push it to arbitration and a settlement

I was about to ask about this and ask if he’s completely off or if there’s still a chance for anything to happen to this piece of shit.

Something I learn with the kids I work with who think that they have gotten away with things is. Charges and other things can come much later. I have kids getting charges 4 months after I have them for things that they did 9 months prior.

They raided his office or whatever and it was said to be related to "trafficking" which technically this was, the main issue was just taxes. But I think it's very likely the feds still have a separate case, we should find out soon either way bc they only had the Janel case on stay until the end of 2024 so you'd assume they'd wrap up one way or another
