As the logo appears on the screen, things gradually fade to black. After they do, things are silent in the arena.

The opening pyro goes off and the fans are going crazy as the theme song is still playing through the PA Systems and the announcer's welcome the viewers at home to the first ever edition of UWF Velocity!

JoeyStylescommen.jpg
jerry-lawler3.jpg

Joey Styles: Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Velocity! We are just four days away from the first pay-per-view of the UWF restart, Starrcade, that's coming to you live this Sunday from Canada!

Jerry "The King" Lawler: And what a lead-in we have to that event tonight, Joey. First, the "Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels, the man that could very well be the next European Champion, takes on the undefeated Matt Bloom.

Joey Styles: Also, in our main event, the Television Champion Test will be in action as he defends his title against Smackdown's Royal Highness, King Booker.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: But coming up right now we have the "Tennessee Cowboy" James Storm taking on the brash and confident Ethan Carter III.

As the commentators finish their dialogue, the camera pans to the ring where Lilian Garcia is standing by to do the ring introductions as the opening bell sounds.

DING DING!

Lilian Garcia: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...

"SORRY...ABOUT YO DAMN LUCK!

[video=youtube;3Ey0GskPSR0]

"Longnecks & Rednecks" by Montgomery Gentry begins to play as the fans erupt into cheers because it is a theme that signifies the impending arrival of none other than James Storm, affectionately known to them all as the "Tennessee Cowboy". James walks out onto the stage and takes a swig of his beer as pyro shoots from the stage behind him. He then raises his hand and the pyro fires once again before he makes his way down the ramp.

Lilian Garcia: From Leiper's Fork, Tennessee. Weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds. He is the "Tennessee Cowboy", James Storm!

As James arrives at the bottom of the ramp, he slides into the ring, posing for the crowd once he gets to his feet. He removes his hat and sunglasses and hands them to the ringside official as he awaits his opponent and gets ready for the upcoming match.

Lilian Garcia: And the opponent...

Ladies and gentlemen,

E....

As "Trouble" by Dale Oliver begins to play over the PA system, out walks Ethan Carter III looking confident about the match ahead as he stops and looks out to the crowd, allowing them to admire his physique and take all of the pictures that they want.

Ethan continues down the ramp on his way to the ring as Lilian continues the introduction.

Lilian Garcia: From Boca Raton, Florida. Weighing in at two hundred and twenty-two pounds. He is one half of the UWF World Tag Team Champions, Ethan Carter the third!

Ethan enters the ring, stopping for the crowd to admire his body and take pictures again before getting ready for the match ahead as the ring bell sounds again.

DING DING!

The crowd is booing EC3 as he is already going for the attack to James Storm by hitting some stiff shots to the head, Storm trying to break free but EC3 is hard on the attack. Carter brings STorm to the corner nearby and hits some kicks to the midsection of Storm, then throws him to the opposite corner, then goes for a charge but Storm boots Carter in the face. Storm then goes for a clothesline but Carter ducks it and gets Storm into a sleeper hold, however Storm lifts up Carter and drops him into a back suplex! Storm lifts up Carter and drops him back down with a body slam, then goes for a running elbow drop but Carter rolls out of the way and Storm ends up crashing onto the canvas. Before Storm can get up Carter takes the opportunity and kicks Storm in the upper back region hard, causing Storm to scream in pain. Carter does it again and Storm ultimately rolls out of the ring. Carter exits the ring and tries to go after Storm but Storm spins around and kicks Carter in the gut, then throws him hard onto the steel steps! Storm then contines to beat down Carter with a hail of big punches, even getting in a running boot that collides Carter with the steel steps!

King: Ouch! That's going to leave a mark!

Storm slaps a hand from an audience member and then tosses Carter back inside the ring. Storm stands at the corner and waits for Carter to get back up, sees him up and goes for the Final Call but Carter ducks it and grabs a hold of Storm's head, going for a Headlock Driver but Storm ends up pushing Carter to the ropes. Carter turns around but Storm clotheslines Carter over the ropes, but Carter continues to hand onto the top rope. Storm then goes for a charge to Carter while on the apron but Carter bends down and hits a shoulder thrust to Storm as a counter measure, then enters the ring and clotheslines Storm to the ground hard. Carter looks at the crowd with determined eyes which draws some negative heat from the fans, Carter then grabs the head of Storm and signals for the Headlock Driver but once again Storm counters, but this time he hits the double kneed backbreaker onto Carter! Carter is crying out in pain now as Storm goes to the ropes and begins to climb the ropes but Fandango comes running down and knocks down Storm to the canavs. Storm gets up immediately and chases away Fandango away from the ring, but doesn't see Ethan Carter coming from behind and Carter gets the rollup!

Ding! Ding! Ding!

Christopher Daniels is standing at his corner as the bell rings and gazes upon his opponent for the night, Matt Bloom. Daniels knows that he needs the win to get an upper edge for his European Title match at Starrcade against John Cena and Daniel Bryan. Daniels approaches Bloom as Bloom doesn't look at Daniels as much of a threat. Bloom goes for a lockup to the approaching Daniels but Daniels goes behind Bloom and applies a waistlock to him, but Bloom simply thrusts his hip backwards and Daniels goes flying to the ropes. Daniels manages to stay on his feet and Bloom goes for a charge but Daniels pulls the ropes down and Bloom ends up falling to ringside! Daniels poses for the crowd and runs up to the ropes and flies over them to land on Bloom but Bloom manages to catch Daniels. Bloom goes to ram Daniels onto the steel post but Daniels slips behind Bloom and shoves him to the steel post instead! Bloom groggily walks away after colliding with the post and Daniels throws Bloom back inside the ring, then climbs onto the apron and waits for Bloom to get up, jumps on the ropes and connects with a springboard dropkick to Bloom!

King: Christopher Daniels is going all out in this matchup! He's here on Velocity to show that he deserves to become the next European Champion!

Daniels is up and brings Bloom to a corner where he hits some punches to the face, then whips him to the opposite corner. Daniels is hopping around the ring and rushes towards Bloom but Matt Bloom boots Daniels in the face, then runs up for a clothesline but Daniels ducks that and kicks Bloom square on the back. Bloom goes to one knee while yelling out in pain but Daniels ends up hitting another stiff kick to the back, then bounces off the ropes and hits a dropkick to the back of Bloom. Bloom goes onto his hands and knees as Daniels goes to climb the ropes but Bloom runs up and shakes the ropes, Daniels ends up losing his balance and crashes onto the top turnbuckle. Bloom then causually walks up to the shaken Daniels and tosses him onto the canvas from the turnbuckles! Daniels is already back up but not without any damage, Bloom though runs up and hits a bycicle kick to Christopher Daniels! Daniels is down as Bloom goes for the cover...

Daniels groggily walks away from Bloom but Bloom comes from behind Daniels and hits a back suplex onto Daniels! Bloom is back up and bounces off the ropes nearby, hitting a jumping knee drop to the skull of Daniels. Daniels rolls away and tries to escape from the ring but Bloom drags Daniels to the center of the ring and hits an elbow drop to the chest of Daniels to keep him down, then another one for good measures. Bloom looks to the crowd and yells out to them, then decides to hop onto the second set of ropes and tries to for a dive but Bloom ends up landing on Daniel's foot instead! Daniels gets to his feet as Bloom tries to refocus himself but Daniels is already on the assault and kicks Bloom down hard, making sure that he's not going anywhere. Bloom simply shakes off the kicks and sees Daniels going for a charge but clotheslines him down to the canvas hard! Bloom then lifts up Daniels and tries to go for the Baldo Bomb but Daniels slips behind Bloom and takes him down with an inverted DDT! Daniels then goes to the corner and yells out to the crowd, then hits the Best Moonsault Ever onto Bloom! Daniels then goes for the cover..

And Matt Bloom kicks out! Daniels looks pissed that he didn't finish it right there so he gets Bloom to his feet and knees him in the face a couple of times, then runs up to him and hits a clothesline but Bloom won't go down. Daniels then goes for another run and tries a shoulder block but Bloom is still holding his ground. Daniels seems to be pumping himself up and runs up to Bloom but Bloom knows what's coming and hits a HUGE powerslam onto Daniels! Bloom is feeling the momentum coming to him so he lifts up Daniels by the head and uses his brute strength to lift Daniels up his feet, dropping him HARD with the Baldo Bomb onto the canvas! Bloom sees the end and goes for the pin right there...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The fans respond with a mixed reaction as things return to the ring.

"TEST,

THIS IS A TEST.

TEST, TEST,

THIS IS A TEST."

[video=youtube;req7v9kx0_M]

"This Is A Test" by Jim Johnston begins to play over the PA system, inspiring cheers from the crowd as they eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Television Champion and his beautiful valet. As Test walks through the curtain, the title worn proudly over his shoulder, with Stacy Keibler, the cheers intensify as both of them stop and stand there to allow the crowd to admire Stacy for a moment before proceeding down the ramp on the way to the ring.

Lilian Garcia: From Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Weighing in at two hundred and eighty-five pounds. Being accompanied to the ring by Stacy Keibler, he is the reigning and defending Television Champion, TEST!

As Test and Stacy arrive at the bottom of the ramp, both of them climb onto the ring apron with Test holding down the middle rope as Stacy bends over and seductively steps through the ropes into the ring. Test now steps over the ropes, looking ready to compete as Stacy exits the ring and remains ringside.

Lilian Garcia: And the opponent...

ROYAL TRUMPETS SOUND

[video=youtube;01eceadoNq8]

"Dead White Guys" by Jim Johnston begins to regally ring throughout the arena as the crowd emits a collective boo at the man that the theme belongs to before he even appears. Soon, King Booker and Queen Sharmell grace the UWF audience with their presence, with King Booker raising his right arm and pinky in sophistication and class as he and the Queen make their way down the ramp with King Booker ensuring none of the filthy vermin touch his glorious robe.

Lilian Garcia: From Houston, Texas. Weighing in at two hundred and sixty-two pounds. Being accompanied to the ring by Queen Sharmell, he is the number one contender to the Television Championship and YOUR Royal Highness, King...Booker!

The royal couple make their way up the steps and onto the apron where they pause and stare at the crew until one of them comes into the ring and sits on the rope so the King and Queen can gracefully enter the ring. King Booker stands in the middle of the ring and extends his arms out to his sides as Queen Sharmell proudly removes his robe and folds it up, hanging it over her arm. He then crouches so that she may remove his crown as she exits the ring and he rises, ready for the match ahead.

DING DING!

The crowd is excited to be seeing the main event of the night as the TV Champion Test is about to go into his fist title defense against King Booker. Both men circle each other around the ring then goes into a lockup. Test seems to be having the upper edge and brings Booker to the corner then holds him there until the referee forces him to get off. Test then tries to go after Booker but King Booker ends up slapping Test across the face. Test becomes enraged over that and goes for a charge but Booker hits a drop toe hold and Test crashes to the middle turnbuckle, Booker then goes onto the vicious assault onto Test with some hard stomps to the back of the TV Champion. Test gets picked up then thrown onto the corner right there, Booker T then slaps the chest of Test numerous times. Booker then kicks Test in the gut then throws him to the opposite side, then runs up and hits a corner clothesline followed by a suplex! Test is down and Booker T bounces off the ropes nearby then walks up to Test, hitting a knee drop to the skull of Test!

Styles: Man, Test's head has to be throbbing after that move!

Test is back onto his knees and Booker T runs up and already is going for the Scissor's Kick but Test moves out of the way, then goes behind Booker and attemps the Pumphandle slam but Booker slides behind Test and throws him to the turnbuckles. Test then turns around in a bit of surprise but gets kicked square in the jaw with a jumping superkick from King Booker! Test goes down flat on his face and Booker T raises him up while measuring Test, then bounces off the ropes and goes for the Scissors Kick again but Test sees King Booker coming so he hits the Running Big Boot to Booker! Test is about to go for a pin but sees that Sharmell is having an arguement with Stacey Keiber. He yells at Sharmell to back away from her but Booker T hits a low blow to Test while the referee isn't looking away, then follows up with the Book End to Test! The crowd boos as Booker ends up going for the cover to Test right there!

Winner of the match and NEW TV Champion... KING BOOKER!!

images4_display_image.jpg

The crowd is FURIOUS that King Booker managed to score the victory tonight. Test lost on his first title defence on Velocity and Sharmell presents the TV title to King Booker. King Booker looks really happy that he is holding the TV title and poses it with the crowd and a shit ton of negative energy is being felt from the crowd. Booker and Sharmell both hug in the ring while Keiber checks up on Test and the credits roll to close the show.

Short show is still good show. Natlav gets the hero trophy for writing the whole thing. If all of us were more like him, we could likely solve problems like world hunger and unhealthy cigarettes. Booker is the bees knees these days, could see him holding the tv and us title in the near future the way things are going.
