I love the original and I am hyped for this new one. That bar from the original where they serenade Charlie is here in San Diego, and last I heard it’s still open and it’s full of Top Gun memorabilia.

So I finally saw Top Gun for the first time in my life what a great film to watch. How can you not see the film and start to respect the people who are in the Air for us protecting us at all times. I'm really looking forward to Top Gun: Maverick now seeing the original film can't wait to see where this Film goes. It's pretty to see Maverick stayed a Captain because he doesn't follow the rules of the Rulebook and it some ways that is good and in some ways that rubs people the wrong way but he gets the job done.

I've never really been a Top Gun guy but I'm going to watch this soon with a friend so I rewatched the first movie for the first time in forever last night and....I'm still not all that hype tbh lol but we'll see how it goes
