It is, but WWE won't care too much because they people mainly adults with kids who like WWE will still watch their product no matter what.

Yeah, Backlash 2018 is one of the worst PPVs WWE has done in a while, and it literally only had one good match, unlike other PPVs where there were at least 3 or so matches that were good.
