Like our team's offensive coordinator Todd Downing, they deserved to get canned for coaching the offense very woefully.

Both teams deserve a better OC.

Tua won't be playing vs the Bills and Lamar is probably out vs the Bengals. Might as well mark down wins for the Bills & Bengals now then.

Hate to see Tua not being cleared to return and missing what would be his first playoff game, against the Bills. With Skylar Thompson starting, it'll take a miracle to pull off a upset against the heavily favored Bills.

Well, everything but the QB play really sucked. There is only so much that an OC can do with the talent the Jets had at QB this season. If the report is completely true I'd be surprised. Could have been something in the way of the HC and GM being on different sides when it comes to LaFleur and if they thought he was worth keeping around next season. Who knows really.

He was incapable of adjusting to the roster. The O-line was ravaged by injuries and he kept trying the same thing.

Also he's trying to fit a square peg into a round home with the QB. I'm not saying he's all that but Zach Wilson is a better QB on the run than in the pocket, and he's running a west coast offense designed to keep the QB in the pocket. In modern football you need to adjust your offense to the abilities of your quarterback to succeed. He was incapable of that so they're gonna let him leave.

He was supposed to have a veteran coach to work with him. Sadly Greg Knapp was killed right before training camp in 2021 so he never got to work with him and they never replaced him. Salah even said he was going to bring in a veteran coach to work under him this year, now they'll just bring in a veteran coach to be the coordinator.
