Sucks to hear the news about Gaudreau and his brother. My condolences to both brothers and their families.

Yeah that news hit me hard when my coworker told me this morning. Literally reminds me of the day Luc Bourdon (Canucks D prospect who was primed to be a HOFer dman) died in a motorcycle accident (his fault tho).

Yep. I remember watching Luc Bourdon here in Moncton. He was a guy with a lot of potential and made the Canucks probably one of my fav teams out of the West. I actually remember that season he played with us too. We were the top CHL team in the regular season, won the President's Cup in the Q for the first time, and lost in the finals against Quebec. Though I remember watching him get hurt live which put him out for the playoffs. I was gutted then, and it stings now with Johnny.

Oh right I forgot he played for Moncton. But yeah it was a rough day for sure.

I was up very late (as usual) when rumors had been going around unsubstantiated for hours. I went to bed knowing that someone would have refuted them by now with how loud they had gotten and how long they were trending. So you knew. Just the worst. The whole story is terrible. In town for your sister’s wedding and she loses both of her brothers the day before what’s supposed to be the happiest day of her life. All because a reportedly drunk driver felt like he had to pass on the right around a car that moved over specifically to give the bicyclists space on the side of the road. Obviously don’t drive drunk…but also….don't do that sober either. Especially in the dark. Look what stupid selfish decisions took from that family

I might be 50/50 for that not sure if I want to go through another Season of that style of Rules for Hockey. Sad to hear the News on the Gaudreau Brothers I was nearly killed in a Car Accident in 2011 with my Dad coming home from Work I don't know how we survived it the older lady was on our lane and if not for me a half a second late we would of hit her straight on vs getting hit dodging her.

I'm going to ask in the sign up if people want that or a Head-to-Head style. Each have their pros and cons for sure. I'm also going to see what people want for the point scoring. I'm thinking of trimming categories down a bit.
