Rebuilt from the ground up but “incorporating modernized gameplay, improved controls and expanded accessibility options”, The Last of Us Part I also includes the prequel chapter, Left Behind. The game will be available in both Standard and Firefly Editions.

Looks very pretty. I will say I don't think this game needed a remake because it was already one of the best looking titles even now, but I mean they could probably do some great stuff still with the PS5 tech so I'm looking forward to it regardless.

As long as they add some good stuff, I might consider it. Probably a game I'd wait for a sale on when I get a PS5 though, will be mostly getting newer games.

Her design changed quite a lot in the second game so my take is that they are trying to make her look more like a younger version of TLoU2's model and less like Ellen/Elliot Page.

Huge disappointment that the biggest announcement was a remake, a TV show and the multiplayer. Last of us two was terrible

While I don't think a PS5 remake was necessary The Last Of Us is my favorite game series so I will most likely be picking this up at some point down the road.
