The incident occurred on Saturday night, after which an arrest warrant was issued; Jean-Jacques turned himself in to police custody on Sunday morning.
Jean-Jacques was an All-American collegiate wrestler, who spent time at Rutgers and Iowa before finishing his career at Rhode Island College.
