"Showmiz" Wins the Tag Titles

This Monday night on Raw, The Big Show and The Miz took the Tag titles from DX.

I don't this is such a good idea because when WWE sent The Miz to Monday Night Raw, they were trying to get him INTO singles competition and OUT OF tag competition. What is the point of doing this? I know they were trying to break up DX, but they could have put the belts on SES so they could go into a feud with the Hart Dynasty.

Where do you think they are going with this?

I cannot believe they stuck the Miz with the Big Show. Right when Miz was about to take off the tie Big Show to his ankle. Atleast he still has the US belt which still keeps his singles run's head above water. If he loses that belt only thing he has is the Big Show which is not good. Look what happened to Jericho after his tag team with Show was over...about a month or so of NOTHING.

Big Show needs to retire, he sucks total ass and always finds a way to fight HHH and HBK. It's ridiculous. Atleast this will keep him out of that potential Edge vs. Show vs. Jericho at Mania.

I have this feeling that makes me feel like Vince wont let The Miz stay US Champion. That would be destruction. The Miz and Big Show should lose these tag titles in two weeks time at most.

I kind off see this as a step down for The Miz. Just when it looked like he was about to have a good feud with MVP he gets stuck with Fat Show. I actually like Big Show and think he's only good when he's in a tag team but they could of found somebody shittier than The Miz to help them.I reckon that they are doing this to give Miz more "Bragging rights" as so to speak. Now he really can say he is awesome and it will look like he is a lot more than he was. Well thats my take on it anyway.

Simply said... the idea of Miz on both shows is awesome. If it couldn't be CM Punk then Miz was definitely the next best choice.
However, the idea of Big Show on both shows really makes me sick. Can't stand him, never could stand him and now more than ever he's just painful and disgusting to watch in the ring.

I'm wondering what this means for MVP's push or it'll just fall flat like so many other things. They could go the painfully obvious route of the Henry/MVP tag team again but the matches would just be shear fucking torture to watch... with Henry and Show lumbering around and sweating all over each other. ::gag::

I'm still on the fence about this whole thing, looking forward to seeing more of Miz but I'm really hoping this doesn't slow his singles push.

While the interactions between Miz and Show have been entertaining, I think Miz should be pushed above this level by now. I would have loved to see the Strait Edge Society win the tag straps because they're hot right now, Punk is cutting some great promos and his team has lots of feud possibilities on Smackdown!

I was eh when they won. I wanted S.E.S. to win but at least DX didnt retain. I look at Showmiz sorta like a cheap version of Jerishow. But i still like what there doing with Showmiz.

Show needs to go. He's not even considered a World Title contender anymore, hasn't been one since his ECW title reign. Rex Ryan would tell Show he needs to lose weight. I'm tired of him, he's only given the tag title to do something because (I highly assume) he's one of the highest paid on the roster.

The only problem with that is Rex Ryan is actually good at what he does. He's a defensive god.

They already had their US title match at the Rumble. MVP lost.



Miz/Show as tag champs = Deja vue... Jerishow only split a matter of weeks ago and Show's been put back into a team with the most Jericho-like character on the show...???? Good job they call it a "Creative" department cos you'd never guess what it was for otherwise. :sigh:

I can only hope this means that they have bigger things planned for Punk on the road to Mania, otherwise SES would have been a far better choice.

Well it is the only thing Big Show can do right now. We would be complaining much more if he was in the main event title picture. We would be complaining if he was squashing young talent every week in the mid card. We all know he is going no where no time soon. Let's just look at this as Miz putting more notches under his belt of awesomeness.
