Yeah in the beginning but later he just kept bitching about how he can't physically attack any wrestler unless physically provoked. Everytime he came to the ring, he just keeps talking about the same thing. Other than that, I liked him. It was good to have heel and face authority figures. If it was someone other than Austin then I'd want Bischoff only as the GM.
