'Mr. Cub' aka Ernie Banks passed away on Friday, January 23rd, 2015.. He was 83 years old, Banks was a legendary infielder that played the game for 19 seasons. He spent his entire career with the Chicago Cubs, he is a hall of fame slugger as well as a 2 time MVP. He wasn't just well known for his athletic abilities to play the position he was also known as a person of very great character.
