Average at best. I understand why it was 75% promos. It was a big Raw to push stories for Wrestlemania. But it was also a total burial of Sheamus, McGillicutty, and Riley.
This RAW was a talk show.
They could have placed a couch in the ring for the superstars to relax.

I didn't see all of RAW but the parts I did see weren't that impressive and reading the rest of the show it was a drop in quality from last week's show which was great. Average for this week.
