Random thought of the day. I haven't had a drop of booze in three weeks now... Now only if I could drop tobacco...

That's funny because I haven't smoked a cigarette since December, but I've been drinking twice as much since January!

I only ever smoked when I was drinking, but I had no problem cutting it out. Cigarettes cost too much money here so it's easy to quit based on that alone. Otherwise, I just kind of got tired of it, but I'll never get tired of booze.

Alcohol can be cancerous too, though! Even in small ammounts, I never drink to get drink anymore due to the fact that I'm too concerned about my athletic health and it can also be very fattening. I may help myself every now and than, but I'm gonna die eventually anyways : I'm sure we all have bad habits. But I try not to dose myself too much because it can lead to long term depression (which I tend to suffer from)

I haven't stopped smoking. Sometimes I think I would like to but I'm actually ok with it. I usually only smoke when I'm driving or really board.

Also, to Fuji, good job on dropping the smoking bro. Thanx for the info as well.

Because I have not smoked weed in almost two months (due to the heavy anxiety I was getting) and sometimes I do get the urge to have a toke but I fight it off pretty well.

Well that's good, because it's bad for your mental health that if you enjoy something to deprive yourself of it. That's what happens when you hear about rockstars and their music sucking... they've been doing drugs for so long to the point where they can't make good music without it :

Anyway my random thought is

Why do drinks right out the box sometime take 30 mins to get ice cold, and sometimes an hour and I ALWAYS have them in the freezer, it makes no sense to me that it can be a different amount of time, i never know when to get my drink out.

To me the beer is not worth it, but those Coors Light has that cold activation technology. That could be the answer to your solutions : Although I personally believe that beer is far too watered down. (I drink Bud Light)

Random thought, which I truly believe. I'm pretty much worth more than what I give myself credit for. Even more, I have more underlying issues I may need to soon seek help for. I personally see it unfolding everyday. What those issues are, I am more than likely scared to have revealed to me.
