Punk gets sued by Cabana!

So Phil signed an agreement to cover him and he isn't giving the money.
The issue here is that Phil signed on to cover Colt so long as he kept the same representative so in a way, he weaseled out of paying him money. I don't see how Colt is going to win this but this sure shows Phil's true character. I liked CM Punk "the wrestler"... But I don't like Phil Brooks. He is shady, manipulative, fast to judge, and very VERY selfish.

Which is ironic because of the fact that is why he and his brother don't speak anymore because of Punk thinking his brother was the same way.
To be honest though none of this really surprises me because if you listen to a lot of shoot interviews and such from people who knew Punk they would almost always say he was a self-centered person.
Cabana all the way.. Fuck CM Punk, the most overrated guy in the wrestling community.

CM Punk is a wrestling legend if you ask me. He is easily one of the best of all time. His promos, in ring ability, and overall persona was just real and entertaining.
Punk being Phil Brooks is simply an asshole. He’s a shitty person, conceded, and thinks he’s just the greatest person ever. He’s so arrogant that he thought he was seriously a badass and could transition to MMA without having any sort of actual background. He got his ass beat twice. Hopefully it was a little bit of a reality check. I don’t think it was because look at what’s happening now. I would seriously beat punks ass in real life.
He needs to be more humble, come to a reality check, and then come back to WWE on a partial full time schedule while he still can.

The email Punk sent demanding half the legal costs be paid by Cabana is quoted in Cabana's suit on page 4 at number 18. It's quite sad to see such nastiness between two men that were best friends, especially since these two are now having to invest more time into court right after beating that WWE doctor. I'm not sure how well the suit will do since I don't know the ins and outs of Illinois law, but the case isn't a good look for Punk regardless if he wins or loses, I feel.
