Sens vs Ducks

So Stanley Cup finals start on Monday. Who is going to take it home?

On one side you have the sensational Ottawa Senators who have really broke the chokers stigma thus far this year, and have the top scoring line in the playoff this year period.

Not to mention that Ray Emery has more or less benn nothing short of brilliant this year for them.

On the Ducks side you have well. JS Giguere who has kept Anahiem alive through out these playoffs.

So who's gonna bring it home in your opinion?

Personally, I'ma go with Ottawa in 6

No one... They'll go to the 7th games, it'll be a draw and the teams will split the cup between them... I can't root for the Ducks because they eliminated Detroit, and i can't root for Ottawa because I still don't trust them in the big stage.

So I'll say... Ottawa wins in 7.... maybe.

Well here is my opinion.

One side you have the Sens who are on a role and have lots of momentum. They have a good reliable goalie in Ray Emery and a shutdown defencemen, Chris Phillips. Not to mention they have the best line in the NHL, Heatley-Spezza-Alffie.

The Ducks on the other hand have the best defensive pairing in the NHL, Pronger-Niedermayer and a reliable, JS Guiguere. Their fowards are young with players like Kunitz, Perry, Penner, and Getzlaf, not to mention others.

I think this will be a tough call but I will say Sens in 7 games.

I am still pissed that Crosby got eliminated in the first round but what the hell. I am pissed Detroit was eliminated. So I don't want to root for the Ducks because of that, also, I refuse to cheer for them because they aren't the Mighty Ducks anymore, stupid corporate bitches. Sens are a better team, therefore, my argument is one sided.

As much as I hate to say it... Ducks in 7.

Two reasons why I dont want them to win:
1. They eliminated Detroit
2. Chris Pronger

They both have good teams, but Ottawa isnt playing at the same level they have been the previous 3 series. If Ottawa wins the next 2 games at home, this will be a completely new series.
