It's definitely too early for a thread like this, but eh why not. I've got a couple of names for the underrated side
205 Live as a whole, because of its performance the last two years, 205 is seen as a joke among many. Ever since Trips took over though, I'd say (excluding the crowd and the ppvs) 205 is even better than NXT
Especially Tony Neese, who I'm singling out. Ever since H took over, he's spent the first bit trying to restablish everyone. He's done this for basically everyone BUT Tony Neese and Ariya Davari, who have been either gone or job guys. I'd say Neese has more in him than Davari personally, so he makes the list
Mojo Rawley, he made a stupid story interesting all by himself and practically created the use of phone promos in WWE. His prize? Nothing. Don't get me wrong, I don't see him being the next Universal Champion or anything, but if he's given a single opportunity, I think he can capitalize on it.
Mike Kanellis, which is funny to me since last year Mike was actually my second least favorite WWE wrestler behind Dolph Ziggler. He's given absolutely nothing, and is just a jobber, however he and Zack Ryder has a dinger of a match yesterday on Main Event, and I mean a DINGER. If he can do that out of nowhere, then I think he at least deserves a chance
Overrated:
Keep in mind, I don't dislike any of these things, I just don't think they deserve what they have
Alexa Bliss. She's wins everything no matter what, no questions asked. Yes, she's talented, but winning 99% of her matches good? Money in the Bank winner good? First women's Elimination Chamber winner good? I wouldn't say that. She doesn't NEED these wins either, that's the biggest sin. Also, for those who say "But that ass tho", it's not even that good of an ass.
Gargano and Ciampa. These two are absolutely amazing, and their Chicago to New Orleans fued was one of the greatest I have EVER seen... Then they kept going... And they're still going. Like, Chicago was a great match, not as good as New Orleans, nor as high stakes, but whatever... Then they ruined Aleister Black's title run for really no reason, forcing the best guy in NXT right now to be the third wheel in a storyline going far too long. Now I love long fueds, but only when the long part is the build up. When it's match after match after match, it isn't as cool. They should've stopped at New Orleans, did something seperate for Chicago, done Black v Ciampa for Brooklyn, then do Ciampa Gargano II, but what it is now just feels contrived to me
