Saturday we posted on Scott Coker's press availability in which he confirmed that Fedor Emelianenko will face Dan Henderson at a Strikeforce event to be aired on Showtime on July 30 from the Sears Center near Chicago, Illinois.

During that press avail, Coker said that the Fedor vs Henderson bout would be contested at a 220lb catch weight rather than at heavyweight with its 265lb weight limit.

Dan Henderson took to twitter to differ:

On Sunday 29th May 2011, @danhendo said:

Incorrect. Ask him to show it to you cuz the one we have doesn't say that & furthermore it was never discussed. What is the point? RT @arielhelwani: Seems to be some confusion about @danhendo-Fedor fight. Just asked Coker again; said bout agreement states it's a 220-lbs catchweight

Josh Gross also tweeted more information about the pay scale for the event:

Sources: Fedor takes home $1.5 M while Henderson makes $800k for their fight in July. Huge purses. Zuffa will have hard time making money.
Gross' concern for Zuffa's financial well-being is touching, but I'm betting that Showtime is paying a fair bit of that.

Video also came out of Fedor training his wrestling in Amsterdam, getting ready for Henderson:
