*The scene shows a sold out arena; the IWF stage is set up prominently in the arena. Thousands of fans are in their seats, still buzzing after the last match. Suddenly, the lights in the arena go out and the buzz grows louder. Green and blue lights start shining in the arena as "It's My Life" by the Animals hits the PA. The excited buzz quickly turns into loud booing as Logan Matthews steps out from the behind the curtain. Matthews stops in the middle of the stage, bathed in spotlight, scanning the arena and smiling. Instead of the usual suit he's wearing an IWF produced "Logan Matthews" t-shirt, jeans, with blue and white Nike Air Yeezys, holding his Intercontinental title on his shoulder, dragging the Xtreme title on the ground behind him. His hair is slicked backed and shiny while his goatee is perfectly groomed. Fans are beating on the metal cover of the guard rail as Matthews makes his way down the ramp, inciting him to aim a sharp kick at the railing, near the hands of several fans that are screaming at him.*
Kerry Lane: Here he comes! The IWF Intercontinental AND Xtreme champion and possibly the Greatest Man Who Has Ever Lived, Logan Matthews!
Josh Hart: A man who is ONLY the first double champion in IWF history because of interference from the Red Shield Mafia.
Kerry: It doesn't matter how he got it Josh, all that matters is that that man is holding more gold that weighs more than you do when you're soaking wet!
*As the commentators are talking, Matthews does a quick circle around the ring, jawing with fans. He throws his Xtreme title in the ring first before sliding in under the bottom rope. He grabs the Xtreme belt before hoping up on the second rope in the corner and posing, absorbing the boos from the near ravenous crowd as though they were cheers. When he finally decides he's had enough of taunting the fans, he walks over to the ropes and grabs a microphone.*
Logan Matthews: Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you, the FIRST double champion in the history of the IWF, the Messiah of Pro Wrestling, the Best Wrestler in the World, and goddamnit, your favorite wrestler, Logan Matthews!
Matthews receives another chorus of boos but he clearly loves it.
Logan: You can boo me all you want but you know deep down it's true! I'm am the greatest wrestler to ever step foot in a pro wrestling ring and deep down inside you all love me! I have done something in the IWF that only the greatest of the great have accomplished, I am a double champion and that eats you all up! It pisses each and every one of you off to know that my name will forever be linked in history to some of the greatest wrestlers of all time. The Jushin Ligers, the Great Mutas, the Kurt Angles, the Chris Jerichos, hell, even the D'Lo Browns! See, everything I do, I do for a purpose. When I debuted, I preached about pride and honor, I came to the ring to "the House of the Rising Sun" because that's what I am, I am the rising sun on a new day in IWF. Now look at me, I'm am the Sun in the IWF. I've even beaten our World Champion Adam Freeman! But I'm not out here to talk about Adam Freeman, there will be plenty of time for that when I am on my way to becoming a triple champion. This Monday night I face Mat Jones in a non-title match and you know what, for all I care, you could put both my titles on the line and I'd still be leaving with all the gold. Don't get me wrong, Mat is a hell of a wrestling, but he's not as good as me. Mat is one of those guys that you look at and you know he's a good talent, but he will never be champion. This Monday night, I will prove to all you that Mat Jones is not on my level and that I and the best wrestler that any of you have ever seen because two is better than one and I am better than all of you!
