Yeah, I plan on watchin' this despite I don't follow Boxing at all. After how much I've seen this fight clamored over on ESPN for the last five years, I'm glad it's actually happenin'. It's a once in a lifetime encounter, it's totally worth a download.

Fight wasn't even competitive, Manny wasn't working angles, he was swinging at air and had may two good flurries. Better fighter won, and it was predictable in it's boringness and as one-sided as I expected when this matchup was still in it's 07 peak.

Hugfest is a tad hyperbolic, he wasn't exactly Vladimir Klitschko in there. He did it a few times during the first 5 rounds then stopped when he started to take over. Also ducking out of corners and when your back hits the ropes isn't running....it's just smart boxing.

Boring? Yeah, but that's what you get for being the best. You're not getting into dogfights, when you are just that much better.

Really do not understand why Manny wasn't attacking a lot more even if it meant being totally reckless. It's not like Floyd has power you should fear so Manny could have afforded to box how he always does and then some because that was going to be the only way he even had a chance. You're not going to beat Floyd trying to win rounds you have to go for the big hit damn near everytime. Floyd did what Floyd does but I thought he'd try to go for more of a convincing victory here but instead was as conservative as can be and the hugging was annoying as fuck. I guess Amir Khan is up next though I don't see that fight being much of anything. Have a hard time seeing Floyd not go for 50-0 before he hangs it up.
