Lumis can definitely act, he was good as a creepy Christy Hemme stalker in TNA and his performance as Lumis is amazing. Granted that he doesn't show a lot of emotion because the gimmick calls for it, but staying in character with all the funny segments they did is impressive.
Maybe the weird kissing is part of the character too.

Fair enough, it's a goofy storyline and it's not for everyone, I would have probably laughed at it 10 years ago.
