You fired too many big name stars. Even if you don't like Roman, you have to admit that he is a main eventer that has a number of fans and is a solid in-ring worker. It would be a waste to get rid of him after everything that has been invested into him. And Cole/Graves are the past and the future voices of the WWE respectively. They know how to do what Vince wants in the way he wants it.

50 percent of the roster has to job to the other 50. So you are just replacing jobbers with indie stars that will eventually become jobbers.
