I love picking on Crayo about "soccer", but truth is, England is way better than Americans at "soccer".. No doubt. Spain has England beat though.

Nobody is comparing the US to England in soccer besides Crayo. I would never be dumb enough to think we are on their level. People over here don't care enough about the sport

I wasn't comparing them, just letting you know that your great team drew with our terrible peasants

that was in response to you being an elitist dick head saying you 'only discuss football with non americans'

I can't wait to watch Spain beat England whenever they play in the Fifa tourney in, 2 years, or 3?

That is comparing them, my god are you stupid sometimes. You randomly posted that score, insinuating that England were poor by comparing them to America with that scoreline. Sometimes I think you should watch less WWE and study terminology.

Our under 21's as well, are like 2nd best in the world behind a country no one is going to overtake in about 20 years - Spain.

I'll admit I haven't seen enough to judge of the U21s beyond the bigger names, however what has impressed me is the amount of keepers we have coming through, it's a position we've struggled in the past but with Hart being what 25(?) then having people like Scott Loach and Smithies. I'm not saying they'll end up better than Hart but as backups they'd be great.

You should watch them more often. Alex-Oxlade-Chamberlain steals the show most times. Got some real sick players in there. Also, guys like Sturridge and Welback who have shined in their big teams (Chelsea and Manchester United) now, because of Under 21 football. Also, we play like Spain do. Pressing, fast passing. It's a joy to watch. Much easier than watching our senior team.

England > America at soccer. You'd never see me say otherwise. 1-1 in the WC though, stay mad

See you in the Raw thread, hopefully your jimmies will be less rustled by then

I probably will if I remember they're on, hopefully we encourage that style of play all the way through the system. We've had the talent to perform better at tournaments but never had the style of play a lot of the time. It will take time after all it took Spain about 20 years to build their system up but it works.
