I was a comic geek once upon a time and I have been feeling the itch lately.

What titles do you read?

I don't exactly read them religiously but I keep up with super heroes and such

I been off and on reading them for years, but I've been keeping up with all the Marvel and DC stuff since the start of this year. Ain't super high quality or anything but a few of the books have been for both companies.

What titles do you read?

Literally all the weekly Marvel and DC ones as of the last couple months, DC puts out way less and I'd recommend most of them at the moment, especially this Leviathan even they've been building up to. Marvel is more hit and miss, the more obscure characters usually have better stories rn than guys like Iron Man and Cap it feels like, but any book where you get a team-up is usually fun.

His current comic run has been cool, I've only been reading since January but he's currently taken over Penguin's operations and is trying to a semi-clean business out of it but it ain't working lmao

I'm still waiting for a proper run for Red Hood on film, but they keep repeating villains like Penguin.

True. I'm just mad they're doing Penguin again when they showed us Deathstroke at the end of Justice League.

I don't even think the DC is trying to build a universe anymore lmao just individual films at this point. I'm not too mad about Penguin tho just bc it's been almost 30 years since his movie.

Oh they're not. WB cares too much about fan reaction. Flash's script has changed a million times. They've fired Affleck three times, changed the timeline for the Batman film, etc. About the only project they don't hate is Wonder Woman.

I'm not mad they're redoing him because they're redoing him. I'm just mad because he has the largest rogues gallery in comics and we keep seeing Joker, Two-Face, Bane, Penguin. I really wanted to see Affleck fuck up Deathstroke.
