I know this gets asked a lot but do you miss the WWE at the time when it was WWF and the company had not yet gone public, the beer drinking, the cursing, sexual innuendos and extremely dangerous stunts that wrestlers did just for the sake of entertainment ? Yeah I miss it all and wish it was still like that today but I remember parents complaining about the shows being too inappropriate for the kids, specifically more on the WWF side. I remember one night, I had to watch WCW as a kid because my grandfather wasn't a fan of the WWF stuff, neither was my grandmother. Looking back at it now, I understand what they were talking about, no kid should be walking around flipping people off with middle fingers like Stone Cold, telling people to "Suck It" like DX or calling somebody a candy ass jabroni like The Rock etc.

It must be fun to live in a world where wrestling is ingrained in the mainstream. Everybodys grandma knew who Road Dogg was.

Yeah I miss the attitude era and it is arguably the greatest era in wrestling. But personally I miss the Ruthless Aggression era the most. Because I grew up in that era more than the attitude.

I loved the ruthless aggression era. Its when I wanted to wrestle the most; I feel like girls had more freedom then? Now it feels like the guys and girls are competing. I don't like that at all.

The Ruthless Aggression era was such a classic time. With me having more knowledge of the wrestling world, it makes me wish that some of the things that could've happened in RA era did. Like...In SD HCTP we were supposed to have Jeff Hardy Ultimate Warrior and multiple Hulk Hogan's (From 80s to Mr.America), since WM 21 was in Hollywood WWE wanted The Rock to face JBL for the WWE Title, After HBK's dream match with Angle at WM 21 he was gonna face Eddie Guerrero at WM 22, and more... Classic RA era theme ideas and plans that never happened. If they would have happened, believe they wouldn't have disappointed us.

That is what got me into wrestling. I miss the good old days. Stone Cold will always hands down be my favorite wrestler of all time.

Yes. All the time. I can hardly bring myself to tune in again. And I genuinely want to like it. I was a 90s kid. But watched more religiously in the RA era. Smackdown mostly. And I'll always wish things could be more like those years. The main gripe I have with wrestling now, maybe it was like this back then to adults, but how choreographed everything is. And its blatantly obvious. I still revisit old shows all the time on the network. Anywhere from 97-05 and they seem way more legitimate wrestling programs. Maybe theres been a major style shift which has caused things to look so phony, but back in the 90s it was way more of brawling and looked like more believable fights, rather than flippy dippy "I'll catch you but try to make it look like you hurt me" garbage. And the storylines back then were way cooler. Wwf was a mainstream deal then. There shouldn't be a single person in their teens or older who doesn't know who stone cold is. Or the rock. Or the undertaker. Now days, its nowhere near as popular. Idk I want to like it.. I just cant get too invested anymore. And the few guys that do come in who seem like a real promise they have to cut their nuts off and become midcarders or jobbers for the chosen few.
