Toby Keith is certainly no stranger to controversy--the outspoken singer is well-aware that he often draws ire with his lyrics or opinions. But, here's a little confrontation that I'm sure not even he saw coming.

All fine and good, right?

Well, according to a report from a popular San Antonio-based DJ, fans of a local hip-hop artist named Carlton Zeus are claiming Keith stole the concept from Zeus's tune "Sharpie Solo Cup," which he released more than a year ago.

Although the two songs sound nothing alike--except for the fact that both celebrate the age-old and not particularly original practice of partying--Zeus fans are making comments such as "thief," "most definitely not original," and "credit should be given" on Keith's video.
