I only watched WWE this year, but watched pretty much all the programming so here's my drunken take on what was the best of the year, feel free to point out anything I missed or call me a dumbass for some IDC. I'm using the Wrestling Observer Awards as a template, probably gonna skip a few here and there.

Wrestler (Sports Entertainer) of the Year: AJ Styles
Most Outstanding Wrestler: Seth Rollins
Feud of the Year: Johnny Gargano vs Tomasso Ciampa (honorable mention Aleister Black as the third wheel later on)
Tag Team of the Year: Undisputed Era (Kyle O'Reilly & Roderick Strong)
Most Improved: Mustafa Ali (Honorable mention Tony Nese
Best on Interviews: IDK tbh, leaning towards Velveteen Dream but no one is really standing out as far as I can think
Most Charismatic: Easily Velveteen Dream
Best Technical Wrestler: Roderick Strong
Best Brawler: BROCK even with his few matches
Best Flying Wrestler: Ricochet
Most Overrated: I would rename this to most overused bc overrated implies fans rate them high but I'm more looking at this that they're rated highly in WWE's eyes but shouldn't be and it goes to Dean Ambrose
Most Underrated: Likewise consider this more underused bc everyone on the internet rates them highly and it goes to The Revival
Best Weekly Show: Motherfuckin' 205 Live for it's consistency, both NXT and NXT UK deserve mentions as well
Match of the Year: Thought about this really hard and it either goes to Gargano/Ciampa either in the unsanctioned match or the street fight but according to the CHAMP the unsanctioned match didn't count since it wasn't sanctioned so he was undefeated in 2018 and therefore the street fight wins out. EDIT: OH SHIT I completely forgot about Almas/Gargano and that's probably the real winner.
Rookie of the Year: Ronda Rousey by a long shot and then some
Best Non-Wrestler: Paul Heyman
Best Announcer: Nigel McGuinness
Worst Announcer: Fuck Coach
Best Major Show: Takeover New Orleans
Worst Major Show: Backlash
Best Wrestling Maneuver: IDC about this one too much but Jordan Devlin's pull-up backdrop driver gets a pop from me every time and it's not even his finisher
Worst Television Show: Probably Raw but I really think it's just bc it's 3 hours and that's what makes Smackdown more enjoyable and also why the C shows tend to be more enjoyable as well bc they're even shorter so they just get their good shit in and go
Worst Match of the Year: Couldn't think of one exceptionally bad tbh
Best Gimmick: Shit I might have to give this to Truth's cluelessness tbh but I really enjoy the heel liberal Daniel Bryan, it just happened too late. Also THE MAN deserves a real mention as well.
Worst Gimmick: The B Team and their fuckin tag title run full of luck

IDK if i'm giving Seth the most outstanding wrestler award.
That was probably the one I thought the hardest on, but I went back and looked at his matches, especially the weekly ones on Raw and he was super consistent even if his style isn't my favorite. If not him, I'd probably give it to a 205 guy or even fuckin' Finn since I was just looking at only in-ring stuff. Def open to any other guys for that one moreso than most of the other awards though, and I expected you guys to disagree with it more than the rest too.
