Cartoon Characters you just cannot stand

I was flipping channels and came across Looney Tunes, the old school one, and there was Tweety Bird with that huge head and I just got sick of Tweety after the typical "I thought I saw a putty tat" line. What in the world is the appeal of Tweety? One of the most annoying characters.

But the most annoying character... Peggy Hill. Goodness

Besides that, Spongebob is quite easily one of the most annoying characters I have ever witnessed.

And I also can't stand South Park anymore so I'll say a majority of their characters.

South Park started off good but then it just collapsed into crap so I quit watching it completely.

Hayley from American Dad is iffy. Sometimes she aight. But most of the time she should shut up. But I was glad on Robot Chicken when they had Blue Falcon kick Scrappy Doo into the water.
