we already know what their very first deal was im p sure so it wont be too hard to find out. double 75 mil a year is 150. assumking it 3+2 option like before. if the min is double - thats 750 mil over 5

Just finished listening to that whole show if anyone wants any elaboration. Didn't actually recall hearing the Fox line myself but maybe I got distracted, the rest is accurate. He was got a text mid show telling him to keep some things a bit more vague lol

Hopefully, the other guy on the show (not Zarian) works in digital marketing and he said Max is looking to start back that old plan of charging extra on top of your sub for the sports package, but he's not sure if AEW would be included in that or not. They were hoping if that does happen, the PPVs would just be inclusive.

If it's on regular Max, Tony would require A LOT of money to give up charging for PPVs basically

Oh but they said simulcasting on Max was very important to Tony and that looks to be the case so TV should be good, we just don't know if it'll be part of the sports package or not, hopefully the sports package dies as a concept again bc Max is already expensive.....but also since I get it for free and I was supposed to lose that 2 years ago, I don't wanna try and add anything to my subscription and fuck that up

A bit more speculative but they also discussed Shockwave and speculated (again, this didn't seem to be anything known with as much detail as the other stuff) that it's gonna be Sunday Night Heat/Jakked/Metal/Velocity level c tier content on FS1.

Basically completely skippable, just telling that after those kinds of shows died out as wrestling was less popular in the 2000s, WWE and AEW are now struggling to fit all the content these networks want from them on TV
