Jeff Jarrett won the IC title from Razor Ramon on January 22nd 1995 at The Royal Rumble. He vacated the title on April 26th 1995 in Moline, Illinois when his match with Bob Holly ended controversially. He won a rematch with Holly the same night to win his 2nd title. He lost the title to Razor Ramon in a Ladder Match in Montreal on May 19th 1995. He won the title back from Ramon on May 22nd 1995 in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada. He lost the title to Shawn Michaels on July 23rd 1995 at In Your House 2: Lumberjacks. He won his 4th IC title on May 31st 1999 on Raw is Owen from the Godfather. He lost the title to Edge in Toronto on July 24th 1999. He won the title back from Edge the next night at Fully Loaded. He lost the title to D’Lo Brown in a match also for the European title on the July 26th 1999 Raw. He won the title as well as the European Title from Brown at SummerSlam on August 22nd 1999. He lost the title to Chyna in a Good Housekeeping Match at No Mercy on October 17th 1999.
