Fired as in like what just happened this past week with Mickie James, Knox etc? No your still stuck with them. Nothing stopping them from possibly ending up in TNA or ROH or even back with the WWE.

Retired and Fired (or none working talent) pretty much is only tradable or you need to wait till the Free Agency time period.

Even if Cena wins so what? your 170 points behind the leader. A Last Man Standing Match only earns you 10 points....it would be a little different if Cena was the challenger and was going to win the title, but that would still be only another 100. I'm telling ya I don't think its going to happen for you.
