Piper's reign was just used to elevate Bret Hart.

Although never really was enamoured with RDV I still voted for him.

Like Piper more but will go RVD. Piper's reign wasn't much of a reign he had 2 title matches that I can recall the one he won and the one he lost.

RVD did a lot more with the title and early on when he held the IC title it actually meant something.

Wow! Didn't see this one coming, I thought Piper would walk this it. Anyway Rowdy for me because he is a legend and had a classic feud and match with Bret, and I don't think the title made that much difference to Van Dam either way.

We are voting on IC title reigns not overall career work. If that was the case I would've voted for Roddy.

I know that, but I liked the feud with Bret Hart and the match was excellent, also they did make quite a big deal out of the fact that it was Piper's first title in WWF, so that made it seem more important.
