Why do you take a tone like that when asking a question?

It means that he made the 1000th post in this particular section. I'm not sure how much more you need to know than that, but if you still don't get it, I'd advise taking your head, smashing it against your desk about 47 times and then re-reading what I wrote above.

It's not really hard dude. There are 1000+ posts in this section, and Enforcer was the person who wrote the 1000th post. It's not his 1000th post, it's the section's.
