That is terrible. One of my favourite fighters so I hope he can get it sorted and if everything goes well return to the octagon. Still so young at only 25.

Bit strange that he has been signed yet hasn't fought for them yet. He should set himself a time frame, say two years, focus purely on MMA and actually take big fights to see how good he can be. Then if he doesn't amount to anything just go back to wrestling and save for his retirement there.

This. I thought that he would have given up by now and called up Vince and asked for his job back. He knows that he can make good money in wrestling if he ever wanted to return full time but for whatever reason he is sticking with MMA and hoping that he can make it. Is Lashley still signed to...

What I want to know is if he actually made weight. Smart that he keeps moving up divisions since he is terrible at cutting weight, amazing that he was a welterweight for most of his career.

That King Mo KO does look a bit weak, must have been perfect placement to knock him out. TNA will be happy though as it should free him up to work for them sooner than they expected. I can see Bendo doing well at WW as he is a big LW but I expected it to happen a little later after he had had...

You must have forgotten about Stefan Struve. Not a title threat yet but with his reach, KO power, submission ability and adding in the fact that he is 24 surely that makes for one hell of a fighter. He has proven so far that he is a talented fighter but struggled at times against the top...

With Rampage I don't see why Dana would bother matching any other offer. He has gotten all he can out of Rampage and there is no point keeping him around at this time. Pretty good deal that Randy has signed since it is for work with Bellator and also other work on the network. It will be a bit...

I am not sure if I will be watching it live, hopefully I will be as I haven't been on a UFC live chat for a long time.

Ah okay that makes sense. It did seem a bit odd considering it was a good ratings draw but if they are changing the direction of the channel it makes sense to move it to one of their other channels.

That is a bit strange that they are changing things up so early into their partnership with FOX. Is it because FOX itself is completely rebranding itself and it's other channels?

Surely that 10 deal fight can't be true, I can't see why any organsation would sign any fighter to a ten fight deal especially a fighter that is 37. He is the number one fighter out there by a fair way but still that is a massive risk to take. Even a five fight deal would be a lot for a 37 year...

No surprise at Nelson winning, impressed by how quickly he finished Mitrione though. Hopefully they could still book the Nelson/Carwin fight at a later date.

Apparently GSP already pulls in around $8 million per fight, bit crazy to be asking for $50 million when he is already earning a truckload of money. Those two should be earning a heap each but just give them a large cut of PPV buys, that way it is up to them to help hype and promote it and get...

This is going to be a really, really weak way to go out. Pity because the all in final supercard sounded great, just a shame that the UFC injury curse has spread to Strikeforce as well.

I still think that he would be a better option than Matt Mittrione especially since Kongo beat Mittrione in Mittrione's last fight. I guess nothing can be done if he keeps turning down fights. It was great seeing Tom Lawlor as the Shockmaster, especially since so few people would have actually...

Lol wow, when I scrolled down to look at that photo at first I saw a little bit of blood on the nail and thought why the hell would you pull out of a fight because of that ..... then I scrolled down. Ouch, that looks insanely painful. I was actually looking forward to Carwin vs. Nelson so...

That is a brilliant idea, would be great if they had that happen on a UFC card as well rather than shipping it out onto a SF card. Then whoever wins that gets GSP/Condit.

Hunt lives and trains in Australia as well, I think he still trains in Sydney. Sotrop was born in Australia but only Australian fans care about him.

I think that Mark Hunt is more of an Australian than Lombard. Australians still care about Sotiropolous simply because he is the best fighter that Australia have at the moment. Great opportunity for Bisping and surely if he wins that he gets a title shot.

I think that the fact the event is being held in Australia played a role in making Soti vs. Pearson the mainevent. The crowd will want to see the best Australian fighter go on last. Pretty good card overall for an Australian show as well.
