    i wanted to say he got in a fight backstage or something and he left, maybe with sammy but i just skimmed headlines and don't actually follow it.

    this is what i was gonna say, didn't he basically leave AEW and go to WWE to be closer with his wife? then that falls apart so i don't really blame him for going back to AEW if he decides to.
