    Yeah that's what I mean, they literally just have to turn it on for men. It's entirely possible for the devs to toggle that on in 2K24 if they had really wanted to.

    It's entirely possible to add a third gender code but it is also entirely possible to just lock individual people into and out of the intergender matches instead of creating a third gender code the same way that you can only select certain people as only managers or certain people as only referees.

    That doesn't matter at all. Intergender matches were originally removed because of sponsors such as Mattel who do not want to be associated with men hitting women in a context that seems realistic. They wouldn't risk their big sponsors over that. I could be proven wrong entirely in a few weeks...
