Man.......The End of a near what? Seven-Eight years of dominance? I never thought dude would ever get beat.
But all I got to say is, I hope Weidman doesn't get caught on his next fight. If he does, the word "Fluke" is gonna be thrown around a lot.
Ok, 2000 was his year. That probably can't be disputed too much. But the entire era? No. Like said above, Rock and Austin were the two who pretty much defined the entire period. Trips was more or less the distant third man of the era.
Looks like a semi-decent show, aside from one or two things on the card. But I now have to wonder if they plan on doing away with one of the Midcard titles, or if this was just a one off match.
