Hoping to drop 20lbs by the end of the month. I know it's unrealistic to think I'll drop 9 every week, but if I can do a few pounds per week, will be no problem.
Pretty easy though. Just gotta track your calories mainly. Don't overeat and get a little (or a lotta) exercise in, it's pretty easy to drop weight. Especially when you already a burly boy like me.
Me and my friend/coworker have a weight loss challenge going this month. One week in, I lost 9 pounds. I cheated a little though because I ate like absolute dog shit at the end of June to beef up my weight at the start.
