    Ideally yeah, but unfortunately I believe that stats read that due to court costs etc. Right now it's cheaper to house a criminal for life as opposed to kill him. Still though, fix that and I'm all for the 39 cent K-Mart bullet.

    You mean hang him for the 10 seconds before his penis rips off because it's not meant to hold that much weight, hits the ground with a thud and slowly and excruciatingly bleeds to death? If so, awesome.
