Ah, PWInsider said the NXT deal isn't ending.

SRS is saying TNA told him that WWE actually *helped* them, and will have a bigger update later today. I find it so funny that TNA is openly like "yeah they helped us" :lol I thought Carlos Silva is a huge genius who turned the company around!!11

Well that is no shock to me. You wash my back and I'll wash yours.

If it means them having great success on AMC that is a win win for them for sure.

I mean chances are WWE will pull the cord on the deal once they've picked through the bones and fucked over TNA by hiring all their best talent.

$30M ain't shit either, I don't even know if that would even cover the show-running costs let alone getting more talent.

Do you really think WWE has the sway to outright kill another company's TV deal?

if amc joins forces with tna

i wonder if tna will do storylines and gimmicks from amc shows like imagine if the broken hardys were working for the talamasca or the elegance were a coven with the mayfield witches or how about the writer from interview with a vampire is now works for tna

This is the same attitude that spawned Oz, Chucky, and RoboCop in WCW, it was stupid then too
You shut your mouth about Chucky. Anything he did was amazing and I won't accept any other opinion.

Also just for reference AEW had gotten 43 mil a year I believe from their first deal with WBD. I'm sure 30 mil is better than whatever they were getting on AXS

I don't really think there was a better scenario either, maybe getting on CW with NXT but I doubt that was seriously considered.

I'd be jumping through the roof if I was a TNA exec, all the real negatives at play here are just "cable is slowly dying and eventually it finally will" which has affected AMC hard but in a way that gives TNA more leverage just like WWE and AEW now have with their media partners
