Former WWE and TNA star Sean "X-Pac" Waltman took to Twitter last night and expressed frustration with TNA Wrestling and specifically TNA President Dixie Carter. The following are Tweet highlights:

"Highly disappointed with you as a person who claims to care. More disappointed in your handling of the only alternative to WWE," he wrote. "Been meaning to tell you that since your Co. tried to make it look like I no showed your PPV." This was in reference to X-Pac being booked for the 2010 Lockdown PPV, however the company claimed he no-showed the event.

He added, "They knew I wouldn't be there for over a week. They alluded that I no showed was bcuz I was on a drug binge. They lied to the PPL. The thing is that it's easy to believe a story like that about me, which makes it even more of a low life move."

"Im just sick of @TNADixie running around playing this benevolent role, when it's a facade. BTW Congrats on hiring Bruce Pritchard. Perfect fit . Oine of the biggest lowlifes in the business. Treats ppl like shit if he can. Mark my words TNA will be a part of WWE's video catalog before the decade is up. I dont hope. I just think it's a matter of time. Unfortunately. I love the crew over there. Great guys, almost all of them."

TNA and Dixie deserved those comments if they lied about the reason for him no showing the event. And I love the comment that TNA will be a part of WWE's video catalog before the decade is up because it's true. I just hope WWE sign some of those talents/some of those talents leave TNA and look to go to WWE before the ship starts sinking.

I love it. Every bit of this is true, and Dixie Carter is just fucking stupid.

Oh God, I can't wait to the reply! I really wish he would have commented on her saying something big was going to happen like every 6 months, only for it to be some lame ass shit.

I doubt Dixie will reply. Just like she never listens to the fans like she claims she does.

And how many years have people been saying TNA will be dead next year, or the year after, or the year after that?

TNA would be worth nothing to WWE, the video library means zero, and the only wrestlers worth a dime are the former WWE guys like Angle and Bully Ray.

Also who cares what X-Pac thinks.

Funny thing is, for a company that bleeds money like TNA does, buying their company would actually be pretty worth it. WWE could easily make their money back by releasing dvd's for Sting and Angle alone, not to mention the inevitable "Rise and Fall of TNA" dvd which would definitely be in the works.

They could also rub it in by releasing "The 2nd Monday Night War" (single disk edition), but that would just be mean :lmao

The problem in releasing a Rise & Fall of TNA DVD is that there was no 'rise'.

Rise & Fall of TNA? lol you need a rise first, no one wants to see the marginal climb and fall of TNA.

Vince McMahon: "The war put us in a dire financial situation. My concept of business is 'help yourself', not 'hurt other people', which seemed to be Dixie's philosophy. I don't want to say exactly how close we were to going under, but it was close."

Okay, I'll stop.

Not sure why it has taken XPac two years to comment about the no show and the truth surrounding it. Maybe he saw what Scott Steiner did and wanted to join in on the fun. Makes some fair points but like Dale said people continue to predict the demise of TNA but it never happens. As long as Dixie's parents are paying the bill it will survive, Panda Energy can write it off for tax each year.

If what he's saying about them making such a lie about him is even half true that's just pathetic on Dixie Carter and TNA management's part.

But he's right. Unless TNA wants to end up like WCW did as part of WWE's video collection they need to shape up.

I love wwe Marks. To say TNA Never had a rise is just so stupid. Rise, Christan Signing. Rise Sting and angle signing as well as them getting two hours on Spike TV prime time none the less. Rise Sting signing. Rise Hulk hogan Eric B, Mr Kennedy, Jeff hardy RVD and ric flair signing. rise them going live this summer another rise they are the second biggest wrestling company in North America. and if u say nope ROH is you are a damn fool. ROH cant even get a tv deal and major stars and they been around for the same amount of time TNA has been. I can name other rises but I am done ...
