It doesn't matter. He isn't really the boss and the win/loss thing is an angle. They could keep him losing for months without him going, Most of the fans wouldn't remember.

If watching the show and the GM who is SUPPOSED to be in charge emphatically states a wrestler will be fired if they lose and then they don't get fired, the show loses all credibility. Wrestling is built on the predication that it's to bought at face value. Kayfabe if you will. I mean you can blow it off a week later but at least pretend for one week you're going to uphold your stipulations.

Obviously wrestling is scripted but they make it so that it's pretend real. So if you pretend that wrestling is not fake then Teddy long is in charge of smackdown. So if "he wants to" he can fire drew.

He was fired. For one week and then there was some kind of match or something that allowed him to return. Point was he was still fired.

It's quite sad SmackDown can't pull together a good show anymore.

I'd disagree, Smackdown usually has some pretty good stuff. I'm wondering a few things from this past week though... I'm sure this has been brought up but I thought Orton was supposed to be out for months? It's been like 2 weeks... bullshit.

Also, the thing that really annoys me! Why the hell was Yoshi teaming with Santino? It's well documented that Yoshi & Trent Barreta are a tag team yet Barreta instead is busy helping try and restrain Orton with The Uso's and Hawkins & Reks? (even though Uso's/Trent hate Hawkins & Reks...) Orton just buried about half of the tag team division, unless Trent doesn't count anymore sense Yoshi's now apparently teaming with Santino for some reason... stupid stuff.

Gabriel/Rhodes is good stuff, I'd love to see an actually decent feud between these 2, they've got some good chemistry and Gabriel moves so smooth in the ring.

Cody Rhodes is leaps and bounds ahead of Gabriel character wise. Them feuding is killing the IC belt.

I'd have to disagree. While Justin Gabriel lacks in character he's still a great wrestler and has good matches with Cody
