It isn't. A match build up should be between the two guys in the match, not a third party. And Rock's only been mentioned maybe twice in this feud. It's mainly about Kane just hating Cena's positive attitude and him trying to kill Zack Ryder. Terrible booking to a WrestleMania main event.
