No 2 people is the right number for a ladder match otherwise you have way too many people thinking. Oh wait we are talking spotfests so 40 is about enough.

But this isn't a ladder match. If it was a normal ladder match I would agree but this is MITB and the concept needs more than two wrestlers.

So I went with 40 people. Spotfests don't need limits, they don't have any. The MITB concept is a spotfest and I hate 6 main eventers going into it. It depletes the rest of the card as we see from people grasping at who will be in such a match.

I'm also going to be upset if ADR doesn't face Sheamus just because of these bizarre arrangements that WWE isn't even ready for.

I don't think that this concept is stupid, it adds a lot of star power by only allowing former WWE champions in the match.

I seem to remember them doing something similar in the past, only former World or WWE champions were allowed in the match.

No idea, I don't think WWE could have screwed that character up any worse than they did. It had so much potential but WWE didn't book long term and screwed themselves over.

No, they were thinking about doing this process last year and didn't. I guess now that Cena is free from the title they can exploit this match even more.
